Pre-requisite:
• B2 and/or C1 level of English proficiency.
• Minimum 12 months of experience as a bilingual customer service agent.
• Minimum completion of high school with a certificate. Truncated degrees require a list of subjects completed, or a high school diploma if completed in the USA (up to grade 12).

• Engage in resolving billing issues raised to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• GPS vehicle tracking for clients.
