Job Description (FIOS)
Pre-requisite:
• B1 level of English proficiency.
• Minimum 12 months of experience as a bilingual customer service agent either or 6 months in technical support.
• Minimum completion of high school with a certificate. Truncated degrees require a list of subjects completed, or a high school diploma if completed in the USA (up to grade 12).
Job Responsibilities:
• Engage in resolving Technical issues about internet and telephone services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize cross-selling techniques to promote additional products or services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
