Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for daily tasks such as lead generation, market research, presenting, visiting campuses, pitching & converting deals. The role also require very strong communication skills as this associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential collaborators.

What we are looking for?
You'll be accelerating the business cycle, so we're looking for a excellent communicator and influencer who can deliver onboarding/sales pitch like a charm and demonstrate a natural instinct for exceeding goals.

Qualifications:
At least 6+ months of BDA experience
Technically sound with PPTs, Excels and other business tools.
Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal - Languages- English, Hindi- Telugu.
Experience in lead generation or working in a sales role.
Understanding of market research techniques and best practices
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
Impressive presentation skills and experience in delivering presentations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Identifying and managing Campus outreach program across different colleges in India.
Actively collaborate with college clubs and institutes to conduct their online events.
Collaborate with influencers to increase our social media presence.
Diligently communicating and priming the lead through all possible channels including email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls, social media etc
Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the deal within the given cycle
Making offline visits to colleges, institutes for collaboration activities.
Build and track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance
